Greenhaven and Village at Broad Run BOCS Approved!

Big news from JR Real Estate Group!

We’re thrilled to share that with a nearly unanimous vote, the Prince William County Board of Supervisors has approved our Vint Hill projects, Greenhaven at Broad Run and The Village at Broad Run.

These communities help support the county’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan housing goals by expanding housing opportunities, which include 71 affordable units for the local workforce. Beyond housing, here’s what these projects will bring to the Vint Hill corridor:

• A trail network that will connect to a future pedestrian path along Vint Hill Road, the Broad Run Linear Park trail, and eventually to Rollins Ford Park
• 28 acres of future parkland
• Funding toward the widening of Vint Hill Road — a key infrastructure goal in the Comprehensive Plan
• Contributions to Prince William County Schools

None of this would be possible without the people who helped shape these projects. We sincerely thank the Silas Road neighbors, ADAMS Gainesville Community members, and the broader community for their thoughtful feedback and perspectives, as well as the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, Planning staff, and our consultants for their guidance and support.
